This rental offers a warm and spacious vacation residence for the Alaskan visitors.

Enjoy a breath taking view of Glaciers, Mountains and Kachamak Bay, with frequent visits by curious moose . This alaskan RV Bungalow is comfortably furnished with custom details throughout. It offers privacy and is only two and a half miles from downtown Homer, a town of artists, friendly people, good restaurants, and great fishing.

Amenities Provided:
Linens furnished. Off street parking. Full kitchen with all utensils provided, refrigerator, stove, microwave, ice maker, satellite TV with DVD player, AM/FM stereo with CD player, and WIFI intenet connection. Children welcome. We have an outside barbecue. We allow smoking outside only. Pets allowed on approval.

Rates: (In US Dollars)
Season: June threw August

$99.00 – Nite/650.00 week. $50.00 cleaning deposit. 20% non-refundable deposit required for reservation. Payment must be made in full 30 days prior to check-in. We will accept reservations in April for rental in May, June, July and August 2009.

Cancellation within 30 days prior to check-in receives full refund minus $25.00.
